Send a query first, wait for the data reply, then send:

The system reuses the previous query context to build the Excel attachment.

Notes

• If you switch to a different business topic (e.g. from sales top-N to support chats), send a full new query instead of only “export excel”.

• Export uses the MCP `export_document` tool — ensure MCP analytics is enabled on the bot conversation path.
